You are looking at a handful of photos out of a few hundred from a day’s impromptu session! Hanging out with a friend turned into an afternoon taking advantage of the gorgeous weather and my guinea pig-slash-model (thanks Sinéad!). It was so much fun to mess around, while also taking some great photos – I hope! Let me know what you guys think. I’m so busy these days that getting to take time out and do something like this is so much fun. I’ve had this camera since early this summer and haven’t really gotten to grips with it as of yet so I’m thinking a photography class of sorts is in order, just to get me up and running. Can anybody recommend any?
While I snapped up the British editions almost right away, I still haven’t managed to get my hands on the American September editions of VOGUE and ELLE. Can anybody tell me where to go for all 916 pages of American VOGUE and ELLE’s almost 500 pages (I think?…). On a completely unrelated note, don’t forget to pick up your copy of Tabitha magazine all around the city, or read it online here.

It goes without saying that these days, outfit posts are few and far between from me! After really only starting in June, I’ve found that ‘real life’ has taken over more in the last few weeks, what with the daily interning commute and my part-time job, as well as trying to keep on top of a million other little things (blogging/writing/family & friends/other hobbies, etc.). I feel like I’m being pulled in a million different directions, some things are suffering and I think that there are going to have to be some changes made… As to outfit posts, sometimes I’m just not that inspired, and don’t want to post an average, everyday outfit that really isn’t worth drawing attention to. In saying that, last Thursday was my only day off so I dressed up for coffee (which turned into a night out) with a friend. Just relaxing, chilling out in a local coffee shop reminded me that I really need some semblance of a proper social life again!
Just a quick lunch-time post about Lovetabii’s (formerly known as Glamrocks) latest issue of Tabitha magazine. Bloggers turned bona fide magazine editors, I was delighted to have been asked to contribute to the second issue, writing a piece on Erika Fox of Retro Flame and Grace Mangan of Lace Whisper. Without giving too much away, check out Tabitha II for shoots styled and shot by the stellar editorial team – Úna O’Boyle, Louise Ryan and Shane O’Connor – trend updates, features on various Dublin goings-on and much MUCH more! Available all over Dublin, check out their website and Facebook page for updates and snippets from both Lovetabii’s blog and their ongoing work on Tabitha III. Once again girls – and Shane! – thank you for involving me. And thank you to the two girls featured who put up with my incessant questioning and numerous emails!
An obvious shoe binge has taken place in the last few weeks, what with my recent River Island purchase and now these Chanel-inspired boots from Office. LOVE.
